Sesame Place is facing backlash following a mom's posting of an online video that demonstrates the experience her children had in the park.

In the video, the mother's two daughters wave to"Rosita," the Sesame Street character "Rosita" but are not acknowledged.

The mother claims that the person who was a victim of bullying ignored her children, but then proceeded to touch other children waiting in the vicinity.

It has also been watched over 315,000 times after it was uploaded on Instagram.

She demanded Sesame staff members if she could speak to an administrator, but she claims she has never seen a supervisor.

Since the video became viral, many celebrities, including Kelly Rowland, have reacted via social media.

Sesame Place released a statement declaring, "Our brand, our park, and our employees are a symbol for equality and inclusion in all its forms.

This is exactly the essence of what Sesame Place is all about and we will not accept any actions within our parks that go against our commitment."

"The Rosita performer did not intentionally ignore the girls and is devastated about the misunderstanding."

The park further states that the park has spoken to the family apologized and even invited them to visit.

She also believes the statement was issued to protect their image and reputation.
