The surprise guest was seen at Lil Durk's Friday night's show.

Kid Cudi joined Rolling Loud's lineup earlier this week, filling in as a last-minute replacement for his one-time collaborator-turned-rival, West.

The rivalry between rappers was a part of the crowd as the audience repeatedly disrupted Cudi's performance by throwing objects at him.

As evidenced by fan-filmed videos, Cudi ended his set after just 30 minutes and went off his stage.

To add insult to injury Just a few minutes after Cudi finished his performance, West made a surprise appearance on the stage next to him

with alongside fellow Chicago hip-hop artist Lil Durk to perform "Father Stretch My Hands Part. 1".

West is yet to give any explanation as to the reason he was dropped from the lineup of Rolling Loud.

His dispute with Kid Cudi is apparently due to his friendship and love affair with Pete Davidson .

The festival's annual finale is on the 24th of July (July 24,) featuring Kendrick Lamar taking the top stage.
