The Baltimore Ravens can’t lose if they don’t invest all of their efforts in winning a preseason match.

The Ravens won again despite sitting almost every key player on Thursday’s preseason opener against Tennessee Titans. The Ravens extended their NFL record with a win of 23-10 in their preseason opener against the Tennessee Titans. Since 2015, the Ravens have not lost a preseason match.

The Ravens won their 20th consecutive preseason game to surpass the recordof19 set by Vince Lombardi’s Green Bay Packers (1959-62). John Harbaugh did not downplay the streak, but he was also unwilling to put his front-line players at risk to keep it going.

According to Jeff Zrebiec, The Athletic, the Ravens decided that 32 players would be sacked after suffering a significant amount of injuries last season.

Even with all these players, the Ravens got going quickly. For a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, they cashed in on a recovered fumble to score a 4-yard touchdown run from Mike Davis.

The Titans rallied with rookie quarterback Malik Willis making many highlights plays. Willis ran a 7-yard touchdown and the Titans added a field kick to make it 10-7. With 35 seconds remaining in the half, Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley threw a pass to the end zone. It was caught by Shemar Bridges, an undrafted rookie. This was a crucial turning point.

The defense kept the Titans’ third stringers out of the endzone in the second half. In Baltimore territory, the Titans’ third-stringers were held out of the end zone by the defense. Ravens cornerback Daryl Worley intercepted a pass from the Titans at the 2-yard line. Baltimore led by 20-10 at the end of the fourth quarter. A second interception close to midfield almost ended the game.

Even if the games aren’t important in the standings, it’s difficult to win 21 consecutive victories in any sport. Although the streak of the Ravens is curious, it’s still remarkable in its own right. It’s still going strong.
