The rapper has criticized Drake for recent lyrics that seem to imply that she lied regarding the shooting of Tory Lanez.
Rapper Drake has come under fire from Megan Thee Stallion for some new songs in his joint project with 21 Savage that said she had lied about getting shot by Tory Lanez.
Drake, 36, and 21 Savage, 30, today released their collaborative album named “Her Loss,” and the song “Circo Loco” specifically mentions Meg.
After the song was published, Megan tweeted the following: “Do not use my shooting as leverage, b* a** n! When did it become acceptable to make jokes about women getting shot? Especially RAP n, you n** are lame!”
This b**** lying about getting shot but she is still a stallion / She doesn’t even grasp the joke but she is still smiling is the line Drake sang in his new song that alludes explicitly to Meg.
“I know I’m really popular but y’all gotta quit connecting weak a** conspiracy theories in bars to my name lol,” Megan said to start off her defense.
The Houston native was quickly defended by fans over her phrase, with one commenting that “the hate on Megan is so bizarre like these men are tripping.”
“You know the hotties got you forever, I’m so sorry you gotta go through this time and time again,” said one person in response to Megan’s comments.
On Instagram Live in August 2020, Megan revealed that fellow rapper Tory Lanez was the person who shot her in the foot.
Prior to their legal dispute in June, Megan stated that she wanted Lanez to serve time in prison. She stated “I want him to be locked up. I want him to exit the prison “the publication Rolling Stone.
